Orders & Shipping
We ship worldwide, except for China and India. Different shipping costs will apply according to the destination, and will be added at checkout. Shipping is always discreet and unbranded.

It depends on where you're ordering from:
US customers: No customs duties or import taxes apply — ever.
EU customers: Since we ship from Berlin, Germany, all orders within the EU are free of customs duties and import taxes.
Swiss customers: Custom duties are included in the shipping fee.
All other countries: Both customs duties and import taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply, depending on your country's local regulations. Most countries have a minimum order value below which no fees are charged — but these limits vary by destination. We are unable to predict or cover any fees charged by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to avoid surprises upon delivery. Any applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
It depends on where you are. Orders within Germany arrive in 1-2 days, others take 3-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, shipping to parcel stations is possible. Just enter the address at checkout.
Yes, we offer express shipping to many countries worldwide. The available options and prices for your address will be shown at checkout.

Orders are processed immediately - so cancellation isn’t possible. If you need to change something, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, returns are easy within 14 days (EU law).

Custom Items
All currently customizable items are collected here: Customizable Collection
This includes, for example:
- Quick Collection items (cuffs, collars, etc.)
- MagBound® extensions and adapters
For these products, S/M/L are only presets – we still build each piece to your exact measurements, so it always counts as a custom item.
We already offer many metal products in a wide size range. Some designs (mostly the DeSade line) can be made in custom sizes for an additional 30 € fee, with a much longer production time of about 3 months from confirmation.
Please contact us with the item you’re interested in and your measurements so we can confirm if customization is possible.
Metal items made from a fixed mold cannot be customized.
To measure yourself follow these steps:
- Take your exact measurements with a measuring tape. You can use our guide for assistance: Find Your Size – Measurement Guide
- Add the exact numbers to the custom field – please do not add or subtract anything.
We use these measurements to build your item and will contact you if anything is unclear.
Custom and made-to-order items (including custom pieces with a preset (S/M/L) that are built to your measurements) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
If there is a problem with fit or function, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help within our warranty policy.
Returns & Refunds
You can return non-personalized products within 14 days if you’re not satisfied. For incorrect sizing, we offer an exchange - just include a note with your new size. Custom or made-to-order pieces (like 3D-printed items) can’t be returned unless there’s a defect.
If anything arrives damaged or stops working within two years, we’ll repair or replace it under our 2 year warranty. Reach out with your order number and a photo - we’ll take care of the rest.
Products, Materials & Safety
The following products are nickel-free:
- everything 3D-printed
- silver or black metal
- the golden Ergonomic Day Collars (it's titanium coating )
And also:
- stainless steel products theoretically have nickel in it, but it’s securely bound in the alloy and won’t leach under normal use
Recommended not to use with nickel allergy:
- golden pieces, except for the Ergonomic Day Collars
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after use and let air dry. Avoid harsh cleaners. Store in a cool, dry place.

All items from our Locking Jewelry Collection can be worn long as you like. But have a look at the screw closures from time to time, loosen and retighten them 1–2 times a week to avoid sticking.

For non-jewelry items: Overly extended use at a time is not recommended, especially when getting wet keep closures dry to prevent corrosion of the closing mechanisms.
We don’t have a retail shop, but our Berlin production studio is open for advice and pickups by appointment (Stephanstr. 51, 10559 Berlin, weekdays 9–15h, ring “Coldcrafts/Löber”). Message us to book your visit or ask questions.
Guarantee & Warranty
Yes, all products are covered for two years under EU law. If anything breaks during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

Within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all non-custom items. Just return your order in original condition.
Outside of EU countries returns and refunds are not possible. We recommand double checking your measurements beforde ordering.
