Refund policy

For customers in the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14‑day period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter).

You must send your withdrawal notice before the end of the 14‑day period. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back and provide us with a tracking number.

Condition of returned goods

You may handle and inspect the goods only as you would in a physical shop. Where reasonably possible, items should be returned with tags and in their original packaging. If the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Refunds (EU/EEA)

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any additional costs for non‑standard delivery options chosen by you).
We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund from our side. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the payment to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will of course cover the return shipping.Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may cease to apply, in particular to:
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Exchanges (Size or Colour)

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.To request an exchange, please inform us which size or colour you would like:
  • by email at contact@ageofbondage.com, and
  • by including a clear note with your desired size or colour inside the return package.
Please follow our general return instructions for sending the item back to us.

Damaged or faulty items 

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@ageofbondage.com so we can assess the issue and remedy it. Your statutory rights in case of faulty goods remain unaffected.

Orders outside the EU/EEA

For orders delivered to countries outside the EU/EEA (such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada or countries in Asia), returns are handled under this Refund & Return Policy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to us, including any customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged on the return shipment. These charges are non‑refundable.
Returns are generally not offered as of right. However, if you experience any issue with your order (for example, the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect), please contact us at contact@ageofbondage.com within a reasonable time after delivery. We will review your case individually and seek a fair solution in line with our quality standards and any applicable local legal requirements.

Order Cancellation

Customers outside the EU/EEA
Orders cannot generally be cancelled once placed. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may contact us at contact@ageofbondage.com to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Customers in the EU/EEA – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email with a clear statement of your decision. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received (including standard delivery costs, where applicable) within 14 days of being informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
