Order processing / dispatch times

Standard products are usually handed over to the carrier within 1-3 business days.

Custom-made and made-to-order products are usually handed over to the carrier within 3-5 business days.

These processing times describe when we ship your order. Delivery/transit times after handover to DHL are listed below and may vary by destination, customs, and local carrier conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped with DHL. The following delivery times apply after handover to DHL (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

For international shipments, DHL hands your parcel over to a local delivery company once it arrives in the destination country; please continue to track your shipment using the same tracking number on the local carrier’s tracking page.

These delivery times are estimated transit times only and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors such as destination, carrier workload, and customs processing.

International parcel delivery times may vary due to customs and local conditions. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Returns

For countries within the European Union, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders from other countries usually can't be returned, but if you have problems with your items, please contact us and we will seek a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
