A compact steel collar with defined character.

This neck restraint is based on the Chicago Model 2500 oversized boot cuff, adapted for use as a structured collar. Its construction allows for precise adjustment, making it suitable for smaller neck sizes while maintaining a firm and consistent fit.

The integrated double lock system increases control during use and helps prevent unintended tightening once secured.

A short guide chain connects the locking elements and reinforces the industrial character of the piece. The collar is intended for structured restraint setups rather than continuous wear.
